I Face Spotify Premium Deactivation After Payment on Android Device

Yesterday, I purchased a Spotify Premium Individual plan for ₺15. Right after the payment, my Premium membership appeared as active. However, when I opened the app again today, it showed that my subscription was no longer active, and I could no longer access any Premium features.

I’m using an Android device, and this is actually the second time I’ve experienced the same issue. There were no warning or error messages shown in the app. My Spotify account email is k*************@gmail.com**, and the ₺15 payment was successfully charged to my card. I haven’t yet contacted Spotify Customer Support regarding the issue.

I request that my Premium membership be reactivated immediately and that I receive a refund for the inconvenience caused. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
