Hello, we bought a pre-order iPhone 14 phone case (1000 TL) from Spigen's (Turkey) own site on February 19, 2024. I am attaching the product image. It has still not been delivered. During this time, we sent our complaint via e-mail and related sites, but we did not receive a return. When we realized that they could not send the product, we asked them to refund our money. Then today (18.04.24) we received a return from Spigen's own site that live support would be done. They called with a phone number and asked us to say that a code was sent to the phone so that the money could be refunded. They repeated this 3 times on the grounds that there was a mistake in the code and the system. During this time, a total of 4500 TL was withdrawn from our account. We thought it was a reliable site, but unfortunately we learned with a bad experience that it was not. I request you to take the necessary actions and help us to eliminate our victimization and to prevent other people from having the same problem.

Merhaba, 19 Şubat 2024 Spigen'in kendi sitesinden ön sipariş ürünü olan iPhone 14 telefon kılıfı (1000 TL) aldık. Ürün görselini de ekliyorum. Hala teslim edilmedi. Bu süre zarfında mail ve ilgili sitelerden şikayetimizi ilettik fakat bir dönüş alamadık. Ürünü gönderemeyeceklerini anlayınca paramızı iade etmelerini istedik. Bunun üzerine bugün (18.04.24) Spigen'in kendi sitesinden canlı destek yapılacağı yönünde bir dönüş aldık. Telefon numarası ile aradılar para iadesinin yapılabilmesi için telefona bir kod gönderildiğini bunu söylememizi istediler. Kodda ve sistemde bir yanlışlık olduğu gerekçesi ile bunu 3 kez tekrarladılar. Bu süre zarfında hesabımızda toplamda 4500 TL olmak üzere para çekilmiş. Güvenilir bir site olduğunu sanmıştık ama öyle olmadığını kötü bir tecrübe ile öğrendik maalesef. Mağduriyetimizin giderilmesi ve başka insanların da aynı problemi yaşamaması için gerekli işlemleri yapmanızı ve yardımınızı rica ediyorum.

Following this post, Ms. Tuğba, an employee of Anka Mobil Tedarik Inc., called me and asked why I was threatening them. When I asked how I threatened them, she mentioned the email I sent to their headquarters and the post I wrote on Şikayetvar.com. I reminded her that when I called them before writing those posts to resolve the issue, their employee on the phone said, "You can do whatever you want, we can't help you." Then they offered to give me a 1000 TL discount voucher. My intention here is not to extort money but to rectify the wrongdoing. No one who loves this country can raise prices by 2.5 times within an hour at their whim. No one who loves their company and brand can keep a customer waiting for more than an hour with error messages during the purchasing process, and then, as if mocking, raise the price and ignore it. You are fueling inflation, people like you are fueling it. I stated that I wanted a discount voucher only for the difference in price, neither a penny less nor more; because I spent hours on your site due to the prices I initially saw during the payment process. She said she would speak to the authority and get back to me. She didn't. Five days passed, I called and said if you are going to resolve it, resolve it. She stalled again and did not return. Moreover, a rather strange situation occurred with the company owner. If this attitude continues, I will explain that as well. He probably thought I would share screenshots. We know these moves, I can explain without sharing, no problem. Thankfully, this site exists. Since there is stalling, exorbitant price increases, and strange tactics, let the whole world hear about it then. I hope you resolve this soon and that Anka Mobil Tedarik Inc. does not deliver another blow while your country is struggling with inflation."
