Missing Tracking Number from Spigen

I bought a product from Spigen.com.tr, and even though the system says it's been shipped, they didn't give me a tracking number. I've attempted to contact customer service, but I'm consistently placed on hold and unable to get through to anyone. This level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable; I have never encountered such a blatant disregard for duty. I sent them an email, but they haven't responded. If this persists, they should reconsider their involvement in this industry.
