Electricity Outages Leave Me Stranded Without Turkcell Mobile Internet
I've been facing a recurring issue for the past 10 months in my area. Whenever there's an electricity outage, my mobile internet stops working. I've reported this problem multiple times and had various troubleshooting attempts done, but the issue persists. About 3-4 months ago, the technical service informed me that there might be a problem with the generator at the nearby cell tower. In the last three months, I've opened three more service requests with this explanation, and each time, without consulting me, they closed the tickets with responses like "We are not currently working in this area; it will be evaluated" or "it's not in our plan." Since I work from home, I rely on mobile internet during power outages, but now that's not an option. I'm paying for a service I can't use every month. I've repeatedly emphasized that the issue only occurs when there's no electricity. I'm frustrated that my service requests keep getting closed without a solution.
