Vodafone's Inadequate Internet Service


I have an unlimited package that covers all of my bills, and I'd like to clarify that there is no information about speed limits in the package details. My internet connection is unbelievably weak despite being right next to a cell tower. Let me give you an example: my signal bars are full, I have enabled real-time connection speed on my phone, but when I try to access any website, the connection drops. It finally connects after several attempts. When I open any application, the same problem occurs. I frequently get the message "No internet connection." I've tried airplane mode and restarting my phone, but nothing works. I needed to contact customer service. They suggested that I reset my connection and restart my device, assuring me that this would resolve the problem. I tried everything, but nothing worked. I even tried the same procedure with a digital assistant, but the issue persisted. Why am I paying you, I wonder? Particularly since your website claims that 4.5G can reach speeds of up to 400Mbps. Please explain this to me now. Are you requesting additional funds so that we can enjoy uninterrupted, high-speed internet as it should be? Even if that's the case, if you just told me, I'd be willing to pay. This is enough for God's sake! I no longer have access to anything. What exactly is going on? According to my previous complaints, you have not provided any solutions. I doubt you'll be able to fix this one either. But please be advised that if my problem is not resolved this time, I will take legal action against you. Consider yourself educated!
