Sony DSC-S3000 and NWZ-S544 Stopped Working Despite Ideal Storage — No Support Offered

I own several Sony products, including a DSC-S3000 digital camera and two MP3 players (NWZ-S544 and NWD-B103). I’ve kept all three of these devices in my personal collection for years, maintaining them with great care. Once a month, I take them out to clean, check their battery status, and then store them again. They are kept in ideal conditions — a dry, dust-free environment inside special storage boxes with moisture-absorbing silica gel.
However, about a month ago, all three devices stopped working at the same time. Despite being stored perfectly and rarely used, they now fail to power on or function properly. I’m deeply disappointed that such well-preserved Sony products could fail simultaneously, especially from a brand known for its reliability and quality.
I contacted Sony customer support, but I was informed that these models are no longer eligible for repair or service support. I originally purchased them through Hepsiburada and Teknosa, both reputable retailers. Still, the lack of product longevity and support is frustrating.
I am requesting that Sony acknowledge this issue and offer replacements for these products, as they appear to have reached an unreasonable end-of-life period despite proper maintenance. I also ask that Sony provide clear information about the expected lifespan of such devices to prevent similar disappointment for long-time customers.
