My Sony WF-1000XM4 Earbuds Die in Under 30 Minutes on a Full Charge

I bought the Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds expecting premium quality, but what I got is completely unacceptable. Both the left and right earbuds barely last 30 minutes on a full charge before shutting off. Sometimes they give a low battery warning, and other times they just power off without any notice. The fact that both earbuds started showing this issue on the same day makes it even more suspicious.

I always believed Sony was a symbol of reliability and long-lasting quality, but now I’m questioning that belief. How can a product at this price point and from a brand like Sony have such a basic flaw like this?

Sony, I need a real solution—not excuses. Either replace the product or fix the battery issue. I paid for high-end performance, and this is nowhere close.
