I Face Overheating and Auto Shutdown Issues on My PlayStation 5

I have been using my PlayStation 5 for approximately 2.5 years. In the early months of use, I did not encounter any technical problems. However, for the past year, I have been facing serious overheating issues. The console frequently overheats and shuts down on its own during gameplay, severely disrupting my gaming experience.

I have owned previous PlayStation models and never experienced this kind of overheating problem before. Hoping to solve the issue, I performed an internal cleaning of the console, removing dust and ensuring proper ventilation. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the problem persists, and the PS5 continues to shut down unexpectedly.

This situation has caused me both financial concern, given the premium price of the console, and emotional frustration, as I am unable to enjoy my games properly.

I explicitly request an official repair, replacement, or permanent fix for my overheating PlayStation 5. I expect Sony to take responsibility for this recurring technical issue and restore the quality experience the PS5 promises.
