"It is difficult to communicate with Syrian customer representatives. I even argued with the male representative because he responded to me disrespectfully... I appreciated the lady who called me from Sony's General Directorate. I commend her for explaining her manner, approach, and solution suggestions properly and for promptly addressing the issue. Additionally, I am also grateful to your authorized service in SİİRT, İsmet ELEKTRONİK, for their interest and approach🙏... Sony should be in Turkey... We deserve this. Sony is number one in sound and vision... Sony disappointed me, but as a Sony fan, I say, "I will never give up on you" 👋👋👋"
