Sony WF-1000XM4 Earbuds Charging Issues

About 1.5 years ago, I purchased two pairs of Sony WF-1000XM4 Bluetooth earbuds. Unfortunately, both the left and right earbuds developed charging issues, making it impossible to listen to music. I took them to the authorized service center, and Sony has informed the service center that they will provide a refund, claiming that the product is no longer available in the market. However, with the current price increase, the refund amount based on the original purchase price isn’t even enough to buy one pair of earbuds.

I don’t want a refund; I want my earbuds repaired or replaced with a new model. The defect is Sony's responsibility, and they should be the ones to fix it. I will also be sending the same message to Sony’s headquarters in Japan shortly.

Although customer service could not offer me a solution, I received a call the next day in response to the email I sent to [email protected]. They informed me that the faulty parts of my Sony Bluetooth headphones would be replaced and tested, and then sent to me through Sony's authorized service center, İsmet Electronics, in Siirt. My problem was resolved, and the malfunction was fixed. I thank Sony 👏👏

It is difficult to communicate with Syrian customer representatives. I even argued with the male representative because he responded to me disrespectfully... I appreciated the lady who called me from Sony's General Directorate. I commend her for explaining her manner, approach, and solution suggestions properly and for promptly addressing the issue. Additionally, I am also grateful to your authorized service in SİİRT, İsmet ELEKTRONİK, for their interest and approach🙏... Sony should be in Turkey... We deserve this. Sony is number one in sound and vision... Sony disappointed me, but as a Sony fan, I say, "I will never give up on you" 👋👋👋
