I have been using my Oppo W51 wireless earbuds for 2.5 years, and despite taking good care of them, I am now facing a serious battery issue. When I start using them, the battery indicator shows 100%, but within just 7 minutes, the right earbud dies, followed by the left earbud at the 10-minute mark.
I am unsure whether this issue is caused by the earbuds themselves or the charging case, but this is unacceptable for a product that was supposed to last much longer.
Oppo, please address this problem immediately! I need a solution or replacement, as these earbuds are now unusable due to the rapid battery drain.
