Jabra Elite 4 Left Earbud Not Producing Sound Despite Troubleshooting
I have been using Jabra Elite 4 with no issues until yesterday. This morning, I noticed the left earbud was not producing any sound. While trying to reset the earbuds by holding down the buttons, both were supposed to show a blue light, but only the right earbud responded.
I attempted multiple troubleshooting steps, such as turning the earbuds off and on several times and testing them with other phones, but the problem persists. The left earbud remains completely unresponsive, and no sound comes through. I expect Jabra to provide a quick and effective solution to this issue. Customers trust the quality of premium products, and this type of malfunction should not happen so suddenly.
