My Huawei FreeBuds Battery Life Decreased Rapidly After Short Use

I purchased Huawei FreeBuds wireless earbuds, expecting long-lasting battery life from a reputable brand like Huawei. Shockingly, after just a relatively short period, the batteries have severely degraded—they barely hold a charge anymore! It's extremely disappointing because I specifically chose Huawei thinking their products would last longer. How can the battery degrade to this level so quickly? Now, after only limited use, I'm left with earbuds that barely function due to poor battery performance. I expected far better quality from Huawei, especially given the price I paid (₺). Huawei, you need to urgently address this issue by offering either a battery replacement or compensation.
