I need to address the fact that my refund of 15,000 ₺, mistakenly deposited into my Sodexo card, has not been processed. Despite numerous emails and sending back a requested document with my signature, over a month has passed with no progress on my refund. Unfortunately, there's no direct contact person available, only communication via email. If I had known Sodexo would be this irresponsible, I wouldn't have chosen to work with them. The constant turnover of customer representatives and the resulting disruptions have left me feeling frustrated. I'll be escalating this matter to relevant authorities. To those considering working with Sodexo, I advise thorough consideration before making a decision. Additionally, due to the inability to even perform a simple task like transferring funds between Sodexo cards, I'm contemplating switching to Ticket Restaurant moving forward. My confidence in the company's professionalism is seriously in question.
