My Sodexo Account Balance Disappeared After Leaving Job

A couple of months back, I quit my job, but I still had ₺1800 left in my Sodexo account. Upon attempting to log in and access my balance, I was dismayed to discover that my account has been completely deleted. I've reached out to customer service on several occasions, but unfortunately, they have not provided the assistance I was hoping for. I keep getting the same response: there is no account on record. I can't believe it! My account, which had a substantial balance, has mysteriously disappeared.
