I Lost Doge, Holo, and ₺15,000 Balance on Bitexen Without Any Transaction

Around three months ago, I logged into my Bitexen account after not using it for a while, only to discover that all my Dogecoin, Holo tokens, and my ₺15,000 cash balance had completely vanished without any explanation. My account previously held approximately 850 DOGE, 400 HOLO, and ₺15,000. Shockingly, none of these assets appear in my transaction history—there is no record of any sale, transfer, or withdrawal.

I accessed my account from Midyat and did not perform any trades or withdrawals. There was also no security alert, no suspicious login, and no email warning from Bitexen. This disappearance happened entirely without my knowledge or authorization.

I haven’t contacted Bitexen customer support yet because the lack of transaction records makes it unclear how to even begin explaining this. Still, I am demanding a full investigation into how my coins and cash were removed from my account.
