Smule VIP Membership Not Showing on New iPhone
I would like to share an issue I am experiencing with the Smule app. The VIP membership that I was actively using on my old device does not appear or activate on my new iPhone. Even though I am logged into the app, I am unable to use my VIP benefits.
In addition, when I try to submit a complaint about Smule on Şikayetvar, the page suddenly disappears at the image upload step, and I cannot complete the submission. I tried multiple times just now, but each time the page closed on the image upload screen and I was unable to proceed.
I request that Smule ensure my VIP membership is properly activated on my new iPhone, and that they explain why this technical issue is occurring and resolve it.
