Smule Won’t Let Me Log In Despite Active VIP Subscription

Even though I have an active VIP subscription through Google Play, I have been unable to log into my Smule account for about two months. I am using an Android Realme phone, and every time I try to log in, I receive an on-screen message saying “An error occurred. Would you like to try again?” The app does not allow me to proceed.
Since the day this problem started, I have tried logging in many times, but I have never been able to access my account. I am paying for the VIP subscription, yet I am completely unable to use the service. I contacted the Smule support team, but I have not received any satisfactory or solution-oriented response.
I request that this issue—where I cannot access my account despite having an active VIP subscription—be urgently investigated and resolved, that my account access be restored if possible, and that my loss be compensated for the period during which I was unable to use the service.
