My Slazenger Shoes Deformed in 9 Months


I bought two pairs of Slazenger shoes from the online store of FLO nine months ago, and both pairs have developed openings on the front and sides. In spite of the fact that I contacted customer relations and provided them with the reference number CMR 0501304, they responded by saying that my request wouldn't be considered because the post-sales service period had already expired. Prior to this, customer service recommended that I proceed in the manner described here! The shoes have already become unusable after only two months, and no one has responded to my concerns about this matter. I demand that you replace this disappointing item, even though it has seen very little use.
