On January 2, 2024, I purchased a brand-new Skywell ET5 electric vehicle from Cankay Otomotiv in Ankara. Since the day I bought the car, I have experienced multiple issues. There is rust in various areas of the vehicle, the rearview camera does not work, and the car rolls backward when stopped on an incline. In addition, I have had serious communication problems with the dealership; unfortunately, they have shown an unhelpful and non-solution-oriented attitude toward customers.
Despite repeatedly reporting all of these issues, I have not received any solution or satisfactory response from Cankay Otomotiv. When I take my vehicle to the service center, I am told that procedures that should take 1–2 days will take 10–15 days. No one follows up properly, and I am asked to leave the car and go. Even when I leave the vehicle, the issues remain unresolved. In particular, regarding the rearview camera, I applied for service two months ago and was first told that I would receive service in 1.5 months. When I called again, I was told that no action could yet be taken and that the situation was uncertain. All of these problems have continued under all conditions since the very first day I purchased the vehicle and for more than a year.
Although my vehicle is still under warranty, my hardship has not been resolved. I request that these issues be fixed and that I receive a clear explanation and solution from an authorized representative.
