On my 2023 Skywell ET5 LR, I am experiencing a contact malfunction with the volume button on the steering wheel and the other buttons on the right side. When I press the horn, the radio station changes. When I press the volume up button, the radio turns on or the station changes. Because of this issue, I visited the authorized Skywell Service Center in Istanbul Pendik on May 21, 2025, and was told that the connectors had been replaced. However, shortly afterward, the same problems returned. On July 29, 2025, another service record was created, and I was informed that a replacement part would be ordered. To this day, not only has the part not arrived, but when I call the service center, they say they are waiting for a response from Ulu Motor before placing the order.
This issue has been ongoing since January 5, 2025, and has not been resolved for months. Beyond the delay in receiving the part, the fact that the order has not even been placed shows a disregard for customer satisfaction. I also contacted Skywell customer service but have not received any response. My vehicle is still under warranty, and this replacement must be completed under warranty coverage. I have not made any payments during this process, nor have I been asked to. I have all service records available, and if I do not receive a response to this complaint, I will pursue my legal rights. My vehicle plate number is 34 HTY 201.
I request that the part replacement be completed as quickly as possible.
