Skywell ET5 Steering Pulls Right After Service

August 11, 2025 1:21 PM30

In January 2025, I took my Skywell ET5 Long Range to the Ulu Motor dealership in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, for its 25,000 km maintenance service. After the service, I noticed that the steering wheel was pulling to the right, so I returned to the service center. Upon inspection, I was told that there was an issue with the steering rack joint, that the part would be replaced under warranty, and that it would be ordered. However, more than three months have passed, and the part has still not been supplied. Every time I call, I am told, “We don’t know when it will arrive; we will call you when it does.”

During this time, I have been unable to sell my vehicle and have suffered financial hardship. I am also having difficulty driving the car because the issue remains unresolved. When I could not find a solution at the service center in Konya, I came to Istanbul, but I still have not received any results. My vehicle’s license plate is 42 B**049. I was not given any service receipt or customer reference number for this process.

Even though my vehicle is under warranty, the excessive delay in obtaining the replacement part has increased my hardship. I urgently request that the part be supplied and the issue resolved so that I can sell my vehicle and have my damages remedied.
