Skynet Worldwide Keeps Sending Payment Emails After Customs Paid
On October 8, 2025, I ordered children’s clothing items totaling $138 from the official Next brand website. I paid by credit card, and the charge appeared on my statement. Afterward, on October 10, 2025, I received an email from Skynet Worldwide, the shipping company, stating that I needed to pay $93 in customs duties. I paid this amount by credit card as well, and it also appears on my statement.
However, despite completing all payments, I have not received any information about my products. Skynet continued sending emails stating, “Please complete your customs payment, otherwise your products will be returned to Next on October 22, 2025.” I contacted Next’s live support and also attempted to reach Skynet, but I was unable to find Turkish-language support and no solution was provided.
