Skynet Worldwide Shipping Scam Uses My Personal Information to Create Fake Delivery

13

On November 18, I received an SMS stating that a shipment had been sent to the Çatalca Aras Kargo branch via Skynet Cargo. Shortly afterward, I was called by Aras Kargo and told that my package had arrived. However, I moved away from Çatalca in 2018, and I have not placed any orders to that area. If I had placed an order, there would be no reason for it to be sent to my old address.

This is the second time I have experienced a shipment created in my name without my knowledge. I previously encountered a similar situation with another shipping company. There is clearly a shipment being created without my consent, and I believe this represents a serious security vulnerability. I feel that I am facing a potentially deceptive or fraudulent situation.

I do not want my personal information to be used to create shipments without my permission. Therefore, I request that this shipment be completely canceled, that my personal data be deleted from your systems, and that a proper security investigation be conducted to ensure my information is not shared with third parties. I also request that I be informed in writing about the outcome of this review.
