Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 Makes a Popping Sound Over Bluetooth

I purchased my Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 headphones from the Mobiloom seller through Hepsiburada on August 12, 2026. A few days after I started using the product, I began hearing a distinct “clicking/popping” sound from the right earcup when using a Bluetooth connection, particularly when the Crusher Bass feature is enabled and I start or stop media or switch between content.

I tested the issue on both my computer and my phone, and the same problem occurred on both devices. However, the issue does not occur when I use the headphones through an AUX connection.

I notified the seller about the problem on August 18, 2026, only six days after receiving the product. The headphones were sent to technical service. Although my complaint was clearly documented on the service form, the product was returned to me with only the statement that “no malfunction was detected and the device is operating stably and without problems,” without any information about which devices were used, which settings were tested, or what specific tests were performed.

After receiving the product back, the same problem continues. The video I submitted with my complaint also clearly captures the sound that occurs when using Bluetooth and the Crusher Bass feature.

Although I requested a refund under Turkish Law No. 6502 due to the product being defective, no solution has been provided. I have also filed an application with the Consumer Arbitration Committee regarding this matter, and the process is still ongoing.

My request is not for the product to be sent to service again or repaired. Because the problem appeared only a few days after delivery and continues to this day, I am requesting a refund of the $220 purchase price I paid for the product.
