I Got a Cheaper Earbud Model Back After Sending My Defective Anker In for Repair
On 02/17/2026, I purchased an Anker Soundcore R50i TWS Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds (Blue - iOS and Android compatible) through N11, from the seller emc Bilişim ve Teknoloji, with invoice number 194644199579. When I started using the product, I noticed the sound coming from the left earbud was cutting in and out, and I realized the earbud was defective.
When I tried to return the product, the seller stated that they couldn't accept returns, that it would only be handled under service/warranty, and directed me to the KVK Ankara technical service. I couldn't reach anyone by phone; I was only given instructions via email, and I sent the product to the service center. The product sat at the service center for about two months, during which I couldn't find anyone to talk to about it.
In the end, instead of the model I had purchased, I was sent a lower-tier model — the Soundcore R20i TWS. There is roughly a 50% price difference between the product sent to me and the one I originally purchased. I will be returning this product to them, and I am requesting either that the Anker Soundcore R50i model I originally purchased be sent to me, or that the $85 I paid be refunded to me in full.
I want this problem I've experienced to be resolved urgently, and to receive clear communication from them regarding the process.
