My Anker Space One's Crackling Persists After Service Said "No Problem Found"
On September 27, 2025, I purchased an Anker Space One Bluetooth headphone from the Media Markt store in İnegöl/Bursa. About 7-8 months after purchasing the product, the right earpiece started producing crackling and distorted sound.
Because of this, I took the headphone to Media Markt, was told it would be sent to service, and the product was sent for repair on 05/17/2026. However, on June 16th, it was returned to me without any maintenance or repair having been done, with them stating "there is no problem," and I was advised to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee if necessary. After picking up the headphone, I tried it again and found that the crackling and sound issue on the right earpiece was still exactly the same. My product registration form number for this transaction is T209-16803-R-C.
For my headphone, which is still under warranty and clearly still has the same fault, I am requesting a one-to-one exchange for a new Anker Space One headphone under defective product coverage, without being made to go through the repair process again.
