Skoda Customer Complaints Following a Traffic Accident

On April 6th, I had a traffic accident. Subsequently, I delivered my vehicle to the Skoda repair service in Buyukcekmece. It has been a whopping four months, and they still claim that my car is being repaired. Honestly, Skoda should never be bought again; their services are causing distress. It's unclear if the car is a write-off or if it will be repaired. Moreover, there has been negligence along the way. The need for an additional part in the repair process was discovered later, showing a clear oversight, and we are the ones suffering the consequences. Prior to the holiday season, we emailed the Skoda CEO, which resulted in a prompt response from the authorized service. However, a definitive solution has still not been provided. When we emailed the CEO again, the response was no different than others: "Your car is being repaired." Why has our car been in repairs for four months? Why won't anyone give us a clear timeline? Why is this process still ongoing without accountability? We had a debt to settle, which we planned to do by selling our car in August. They have truly devastated us. Our family has been loyal Skoda customers for years, but when something goes wrong, we have witnessed firsthand that Skoda is far from customer-friendly, and their after-sales services are exceptionally poor.





Fully agree. I just experienced the same issue with Erel Skoda Bostancı service. They are far from being professional.
