Stellantis Has Not Repaired My Peugeot 408 for Four Months
I bought a Peugeot 408 from Haramidere Erdemirler Otomotiv, part of Stellantis, and experienced a minor accident with the car around four months back. I've been waiting for my car to be repaired, but all I keep hearing is that a part is missing. Whenever I check in, I receive yet another excuse or an unclear commitment. I feel deceived and exhausted by the absence of clarity and responsibility during this entire experience. It's quite surprising that a straightforward repair has taken this much time. Opting for Peugeot via Stellantis has become a choice I truly wish I could take back. I never thought I would be without my car for such an extended period due to something so simple.
