Used Shoes Sold as New by Skechers



I bought women's sports shoes from Skechers in Maltepe Piazza. The shoes, which were out of stock the day before, suddenly appeared the following day. When I conveyed my suspicions to the store manager that the shoes might be returned, the staff said they couldn't see the sub-stock and stated the shoes were clean. However, when I received them, I noticed that they were not only not returned, but also displayed, with evidence of wear on the right shoe, missing tags, and ripped laces. The next day, I returned to the store and respectfully explained my situation, requesting that a new pair be delivered to my house via courier. The shoes came two days later, but they were once again on display. I've never had such an issue with any other brand. We are mortified by the money we have spent. I've made two journeys to the store in rainy weather. We demand a resolution to our dilemma. Otherwise, we will take action through the Consumer Court. Please return these used shoes and provide us with the new ones we paid for—the ones that should have been supplied to us! This action is unworthy of Skechers. We won't shop here again or recommend it.
