My Skechers Outdoor Shoe Toe Opened, Warranty Denied

On November 11, 2023, I purchased Skechers outdoor shoes from the Kayseri Forum Boyner store. Within one month, the shoes developed openings at the tips and cracks on the upper surface. The store sent them for inspection twice, and both times, the claims were rejected. The fact that both shoes developed adhesive-related issues without any impact or tear within one month is a clear manufacturing defect. It's worth noting that these are outdoor shoes. Despite reaching out to both Boyner and Skechers customer services, neither has been of any assistance.
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We have initiated our investigations regarding the issue and will contact you within the day. Skechers Customer Communication Center
In the email you sent, you are again saying that it is customer-related. How can the tip of a product that hasn't been torn or damaged open due to the customer? Clearly, the adhesive has come off and wasn't applied well. When I sent it back the second time, it wasn't even looked at. You are insisting on not helping, so I will warn others not to be victimized by your product, both on social media platforms and by going to your stores specifically to warn customers not to buy your products. I will stick photos of the shoes in front of the shelves in the stores.
