Skechers Inner Lining Ripped Within Months

I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers on Trendyol from the seller Olka Spor Malzemeleri Tic. A.Ş. I wore the shoes a few times per week, and within a short period of time, the inner lining of the shoe tore. I spent approximately four months trying to return the product and submitted multiple return requests.

Eventually, I shipped the shoes using the shipping company they directed me to use, but this time the package was lost during the shipping process. As a result, I lost my shoes and experienced significant inconvenience throughout this entire process.

Due to this issue, I am requesting a full refund for my Skechers shoes. I ask that my complaint be resolved quickly and that a permanent solution be provided.
