I Experience Sole Damage on Skechers Walking Shoes


I purchased a pair of Skechers walking shoes from the Skechers store in İstanbul Piazza AVM in August 2025. After a while of normal daily use, both shoes started to deteriorate from the same points on the outsoles, and pieces began to break apart in those areas. For a walking shoe that I used under ordinary conditions, I do not find this level of wear and damage acceptable. Because of this problem, I went to the store and a complaint inspection request was created. However, the result was reported as negative and the situation was evaluated as user error. I then called Skechers customer service, but I was told that nothing could be done. I believe that this damage is not due to user error but to a defect in the product. I kindly request that my complaint be reconsidered and that a solution be provided through either a full refund or an exchange for a new, defect-free pair of walking shoes.
