Netshort Charged Me for a VIP Subscription Without My Consent

On October 8, 2026, a transaction was made through the Netshort app without my knowledge or consent, and 439.99 TL was charged to my Ziraat Bank credit card ending in 5108 through Google Play. Despite this charge, my VIP subscription does not appear as active in the Netshort app.

My Google Play account shows an order for 439.99 TL under the name “Weekly VIP (Netshort - Popular Dramas).” However, I did not initiate this subscription or authorize the payment. I discovered the transaction at around 11:00 AM on October 14, 2026.

Despite my attempts to contact both Netshort and my bank, I have not received any response so far. I demand that Netshort and Google Play promptly issue a full refund of the 439.99 TL charged without my knowledge or consent. I also request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and the termination of all unauthorized activity associated with my account.
