Skechers Shoes Fell Apart in 6 Months—Warranty Denied as “User Error”

I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from Agora on August 27, 2024, expecting quality. However, after just six months, the glue holding the front and side sections started coming apart. I sent them in for a warranty claim, only to be told it was a “user error.” How is that possible when the other Skechers products I bought at the same time have no issues? Am I only “misusing” this one pair while wearing the others perfectly? It makes no sense! I paid ₺5,000 for shoes that turned out to be this weak. I do not accept this excuse and demand an immediate resolution—either a refund or a replacement. Skechers needs to start standing behind their products!
