I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from Metro Grosmarket in June 2024. Since I didn’t need them immediately, I didn’t wear them until the warmer weather began. After wearing them just three times, the glue on the toe areas started to come apart, causing the shoes to separate.
I submitted the shoes for inspection through Metro Market, expecting Skechers to stand behind the product. However, they rejected my claim, saying the issue was caused by "user error." That response is beyond disappointing. How can shoes advertised as strong and durable start falling apart after just three light uses—and still be blamed on the customer?
If a product fails this quickly under normal use, it should be replaced or refunded—period. Skechers, I urge you to take accountability and resolve this. I trusted your brand and expected much better quality and support.
