Skechers Outdoor Shoes Slip on All Surfaces and My Complaint Was Ignored

The product in question is a pair of sneakers from a well-known brand. Skechers products are expensive and marketed as high-quality across Türkiye. However, the pair I purchased slips on every surface as if walking on ice, despite being an outdoor product. When I sent the product for inspection, I received a dismissive message stating: "Dear customer, based on your request number 1-420288, we regret to inform you that no manufacturing defect was found in your product. Unfortunately, we cannot respond positively to your request." This message was incredibly generic, dismissive, and clearly sent without a proper inspection of the product. It does not explain why the sole of the shoes slips under all conditions and on all surfaces. As a Gold member and a regular customer, I feel compelled to inform you that I will pursue my rights through the Consumer Court and on all social platforms.
