I purchased a pair of Skechers winter shoes with Goodyear rubber soles, expecting durability and traction. However, these shoes are extremely slippery on wet surfaces, especially on marble and tile floors. The grip is so poor that they feel unsafe to wear.
Concerned about this serious safety issue, I contacted the store and requested a return or exchange. They sent the shoes for testing, only to come back and claim that there were no defects. How is this possible when the shoes clearly fail to provide the necessary grip on common indoor surfaces?
This is not what I expected from Skechers. I demand a full refund—selling a winter shoe that fails on wet surfaces is completely unacceptable. Skechers, stand behind your products and fix this issue!
