Skechers Gide Step Trail Shoe Defects

My wife surprised me with a pair of Skechers Gide Step Trail shoes on 10/19/2023. The model code is 237256 ntmt. I've only used them sporadically, just a few days every month, and still, the inner lining is already misshapen and ripped. I find it hard to believe that a shoe from this brand would deteriorate after only three months of light use. I submitted the product for inspection under request number 1-326638. It has been a month since the inspection, and the report indicated that no issues were discovered. If the problem persists after the product is returned, I will take the matter to Consumer Rights authorities.
