Skechers Refused to Replace Sports Shoes That Tore After Limited Use
I purchased a pair of Skechers sports shoes as a gift for my husband on November 17, 2024, for Teachers' Day. However, the shoes tore at the stitching within a short time. In total, they were worn no more than 10–15 times over six months. I submitted an exchange request to the company on May 24, 2025, with request number 1-473648. Unfortunately, I received a negative response from the company. Given the limited use and the visible defect, it is clear that this is not a result of user error. As clearly shown in the photos, the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, and I am requesting that the defective product be replaced with a new one.
