Skechers Arch D'Luxe Walker Was Defective After Only 3 Wearings

On April 23, 2024, I bought Skechers Arch D'Luxe Walker shoes. After only two or three wears, I noticed deformities on the inner sides of both shoes due to friction. On June 10, 2024, I went to the store and requested an inspection and return of the product, submitting the shoes for review. However, my request was denied using Skechers form 1-368919, which stated that the problem was not covered by the warranty.
When I followed up with the store, I was told that this model has a recurring problem and that they have received numerous complaints. They suggested I return the shoes for a second review, which I did on July 16, 2024. Unfortunately, on August 13, 2024, the store sent me another rejection notice (form 1379882).
The problem stems from the shoe's soft and high sole, which causes friction between my foot and the shoe due to my body weight. The deformation was caused by the inappropriate fabric on the shoe's sole. This is purely a product defect; a fabric should not wear out so quickly. Blaming the customer for user error is merely an attempt by the company to avoid responsibility and financial liability.
I'm officially filing a complaint against the company for how they handled this situation.
