Philips PSG2000/80 Steam Iron Stains Clothes After First Use

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the Philips steam generator iron, model PSG2000/80, which I purchased in Kosovo on 21.03.2026. We have only used the product once, yet it is already clear that there is a serious performance problem with this model. The main issue is that the iron leaves marks and stains on clothes during use. Because of this, I took the product to an authorized service center on 09.04.2026. Although the device was inspected and processed by the service, the problem has not been resolved and continues in the same way, which makes me think there is a manufacturing or design defect in this series. I also received a written service document for this process, but despite this intervention, there has been no improvement. We have been loyal Philips customers for years and have used your irons before without any problems, but the performance of this particular model is far below our expectations. Considering your EcoDesign and overall quality standards, I did not expect to encounter such an issue with a nearly new product that has been used only once. Since the repair attempt by the authorized service has not solved the problem and the product is still leaving stains on clothes, I kindly request a definitive and permanent solution, such as a full product replacement with a trouble-free model or a complete refund of the purchase price.
