MeetMe Permanently Banned My Account Without Clear Reason

My MeetMe account with the username ♡Kitten♡ was permanently banned on April 10, 2026, after I had been using it for about six months. I received a generic message stating that a violation of the Terms & Conditions had been identified, and that my profile’s access was restricted, with an invitation to contact Customer Care by email for an appeal. I reached out to MeetMe Customer Care from the email linked to my profile and the only reply I received was that my profile had been permanently closed due to violations of the Terms of Service. No specific explanation, proof, or concrete reason was shared, so I still do not know what exact rule I allegedly violated, which is very frustrating. At the time of the ban, there was no unusual activity on my account, and I was not even logged in for two hours before receiving the ban notification. Previously, I had received two warnings that also seemed unjustified. In one case, I was accused of nudity while I was live playing Call of Duty, and the camera was pointed only at the game screen, not at my body or anything inappropriate. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request that my MeetMe account with the username ♡Kitten♡ be reactivated after a proper review of my case. If reactivation is not possible, I ask that you provide a clear and detailed explanation of the specific Terms of Service violations and any related evidence, and allow me the opportunity to respond and explain myself.
