Mental Impulse Refund Request Ignored

On my bank account there are two subscription charges from a company called Mental Impulse that I did not knowingly subscribe to, and despite my request they have refused to refund me. The charges are for 29.98 USD each, dated March 18, 2026 and April 10, 2026, and appear on my statement as “SG V IQ MENTAL IMPULSE / SGVIQ.MENTAL-IMPUL” (one entry shows Orlando, WY). Mental Impulse claims that I subscribed directly through their website, https://mental-impulse.com, under my email address ghirard***[email protected], but I did not intentionally start any paid subscription there. When I noticed the withdrawals, I contacted their support team and opened a request with the reference number 1297361. They informed me that they had cancelled the subscription, but they completely ignored my request for a refund of the unauthorized charges. Because I did not knowingly agree to this paid subscription and was still charged twice, I request a full refund of both 29.98 USD payments and written confirmation that my subscription has been permanently cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
