Shoddy Sandals and Rude Service from Skechers
I couldn't believe it when I noticed the straps on the Skechers sandals I bought were misaligned by about 1 cm after only wearing them once. As I returned to the Mall of AVM store, I was met with the most abhorrent attitude from a man named Ismail. He was downright impolite! They stated that because the product had been worn, it would be sent for inspection. Surprisingly, they admitted that the left and right soles differed. Although the inspection was approved, they now claim that the product is out of stock. Skechers Turkey, are you serious? You sell faulty products, have them inspected, and then claim they're out of stock? It is not my fault that I was left without a product after spending 1,900 TL during the summer! You took my money quickly, but now you won't provide the service you promised. I demand that my ordeal be resolved immediately and that the product be restocked as soon as possible. If not, I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Court and exercise all of my legal rights. Please train your employees, such as Ismail, on how to treat customers with respect!
