My Skechers Shoes Tore Within a Month

I bought a pair of Skechers sports shoes in September for 4000 TL, but they started tearing at the toes in October. I quickly returned them to the store, but a few days later I got a message saying, "We didn't find any problems on our side." Please pick up your shoes from the store. Why would a pair of shoes that cost 4000 TL only last for a month? I won't accept the idea that it was my fault. I need a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
