My Skechers Shoes Faded and Tore in 4 Months and Return Was Refused

On 30.03.2024, the shoes I bought from the Diyarbakır Forum Skechers store on 30.03.2024 showed color fading and tearing on the front in a short time. Although I don't wear it often, the shoe deformed within 4 months. It was not washed in any way. I took the shoe to the store and it was sent to the company for return, but the company stated that the problem was not due to production. I do not accept this situation; even the simplest shoes do not get this bad in 4 months. In one of the photos, there is a single photo taken in the store showing the original color of the shoe. I would like to state that if there is no return or exchange, I will take this situation to Consumer Rights and use all my legal rights.
