Issues with Slippery Skechers Shoes Purchased in Istanbul

I am a frequent flyer and a loyal customer of Skechers. On July 29, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers from the Istiklal branch in Istanbul. Unfortunately, the shoes are slippery on smooth surfaces like marble and floor tiles, making it uncomfortable to walk. I live in the UAE and am currently traveling to Pakistan. Before leaving for Pakistan, I bought another pair of Skechers because the pair I purchased on July 29 was too slippery to wear comfortably.

Currently, I don't have the purchase receipt from the Istiklal branch, but I am attaching the credit card transaction details for the purchase. I request assistance in resolving this issue and would appreciate a replacement for the slippery shoes.
