Dear Skechers,
I purchased the UNO Chaos 177935 Lav model shoes from your Ankara Eryaman Optimum AVM store on March 18, 2025. The moment I started wearing them, I began experiencing serious pain in my lower back, knees, and ankles.
I’ve been a loyal Skechers customer for years and never had an issue like this before. That’s why I can confidently say this problem is specific to this model’s design or sole structure. I still have the original box and receipt, and I’ve only worn the shoes briefly due to the discomfort.
This isn’t what I expect from a brand known for comfort. I’m not asking for a refund—I simply want to exchange them for a different Skechers model that won’t cause pain. I urge you to take this seriously and help resolve the issue promptly.
