Pocket Option Account Blocked After Verification

I am writing on behalf of my friend, who is a Nigerian user of the Pocket Option trading platform, to report that his trading account has been blocked right after a verification attempt, even though there is a balance of approximately 218.15 USD in the account. Yesterday we tried to verify the account using his ID card as requested, and today the account was suddenly blocked with the reason shown as “verification failed.” Since then, he has not been able to access his funds or continue using the account. Because the account is blocked, we also cannot reach normal in‑account support channels. We request that you urgently review this case, unblock the trading account, and either complete the verification process successfully or refund the full balance of 218.15 USD to my friend. We expect clear information about why the verification failed and a transparent solution so that his money is not stuck in the blocked account.
